WebEx puts the power of Web collaboration at your fingertips with features including:

• Automated Meeting Management automatically sends e-mail invitations from your name and provides scheduling options to send yourself a reminder prior to your meeting.
• Presentation Sharing lets you share Powerpoint presentations and slides.
• Application viewing & sharing lets you share software applications while you meet.
• Desktop Sharing & Desktop Transfer allows the presenter to remotely control other participants’ computers.
• File Transfer allows you to transfer files electronically without disconnecting from the presentation. Simply drag the file and drop it in the designated file transfer area to share it with your participants.
• White boarding – creates a blank canvas that allows you to use annotations and text tools. The whiteboard is created separate from any of your slide sets.
• Annotation Tools lets you bring special emphasis to specific portions of your presentation. Make your point while presenting by using a variety of tools such as pointers, highlighting or text.
• Web Tours lets you guide participants to locations online
