As with all Global Link services, a dedicated Event Manager serves as a point-person to coordinate all aspects of the event. Dedicated operators greet each caller individually, screen attendees and capture information that’s requested by the meeting host. The lead operator remains throughout the call to conduct Q&A and polling sessions as requested, announce the end of the event, and conduct a private post-conference for speakers. Once the event is over, the Event Manager ensures that your requested reports are compiled and recordings are packaged and delivered.
